		<description>i fully agree :) when i was a child reading one book after another i couldnt almost believe that such a treasure really existed! for me it was  like an escape into a perfect dream and when i lived in this dream it was realrealreal. the german book covers were also really well made  - 20 years later i still know exactly how it &quot;felt&quot; to read - with thick paper and big letters...

i dont have so nice memories of the tv series though - the tv screens that we had then made it really ugly looking and the Anne wasnt looking like on the book covers!!! but your Anne-Photo fits very well to my memories.
