Certainly seems silly to explain the joke.  The gentleman asks &#8220;My hair keeps falling out.  Can&#8217;t you give me something to keep it in?&#8221;  and the pharmacist responds &#8220;Yes sir&#8211; How will this do?&#8221; while holding up a cardboard box.
